SIRROMET WINERY WEDDING | NADIA + ADRIAN
I was really looking forward to catching up with Nadia & Adrian for their Sirromet Winery wedding as we had heaps of fun on their Lovebirds engagement shoot … even attempting to climb the big tree in the Brisbane Botanical Gardens so I knew we were in for lots of laughs …
This time we were heading to the beautiful Sirromet Winery at Mount Cotton for Nadia & Adrian’s wedding.
As I was photographing the girls, my second shooter was photographing Adrian and his best men who are also his two sons. Nadia’s sister couldn’t be at the wedding as she has just given birth to her new baby back in Canada but Im sure she was there in spirit through Nadia’s mum who had traveled all the way from Canada to be by her side.
With family and friends traveling from far and wide, they wanted to make sure they got heaps of photos of all their guests. In comes a couple of antique armchairs and after the family portraits, we photographed Nadia & Adrian with each of their guests. Ive seen this done at Chinese weddings and thinks its such a lovely gesture and makes for great memories.
One of the great features of Sirromet Winery for weddings, is that you don’t need to leave the property for photos as its situation on lots of land with a country property feel, complete with wallabies and a dirt track.
It was then into the winery building where the celebrations continued …
Wedding videographer Benny Kaz from Kaz Films produced this wedding video highlights showreel. I loved going back and watching their wedding film – its a great reminder at what an awesome wedding it was. We had amazing light during the location shoot with the sun streaming through the trees and lots of smiles on the bridal parties faces.
